This is the seventh consecutive year the Company has been included in the annual listing.

VANCOUVER, April 10, 2019 /CNW/ - Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV:TBRD) ("Thunderbird" or the "Company"), a global multiplatform entertainment company with offices in Los Angeles, London, Vancouver, Ottawa and Toronto, is honoured to announce that its factual division, Great Pacific Media, has been named to the Global 100 List by Realscreen. This is the seventh consecutive year the Company has been included in Realscreen's annual listing of the best production companies working in the non-fiction and unscripted visual content industry, compiled with input from the industry itself.

"It's a true honour to be included in Realscreen's Global 100 List for the seventh year in a row, especially because the list is developed in collaboration with our industry colleagues," says Mark Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Great Pacific Media and President of Thunderbird Entertainment. "This acknowledgement is a testament to the contributions of every single person at Great Pacific Media, and our entire team is excited to be included with the other incredible content creators on the Global 100 List."

Being named to Realscreen's Global 100 List follows another significant acknowledgement of the Company's talent and expertise. In February, Great Pacific Media received three 2019 Canadian Screen Award (CSA) nominations in the category of Best Writing in a Factual Series. The CSA nominations were for Highway Thru Hell and Heavy Rescue: 401, both of which are produced for Bell Media's Discovery Canada, and for Queen of the Oil Patch, which is produced for APTN.

"As with past lists, we polled execs from across the business and our readership, asking them to weigh in on the companies that they feel are trusted partners, as well as the prodcos whose work they consistently admire, and the programming from the past year that struck a chord," writes Barry Walsh, editor and content director for Realscreen, in his introduction to this year's list "As usual, it was difficult to pare the results down to a list 100 companies strong, and meant to represent the non-fiction production communities of multiple territories."1
